2. Services Provided
HighlandCowAuction is an online auction platform that connects buyers and sellers of Mini Highland Cows. We provide services that enable buyers to place bids on livestock and for sellers to list their cattle for sale. Our platform is solely a facilitator for these transactions and does not directly handle livestock.

3. Registration and Account
To use certain features of the site, you must register an account as either a buyer or a seller. You must provide accurate and complete information when registering. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account details and are liable for any actions taken under your account.

4. Seller Responsibilities
Sellers are responsible for providing accurate listings and ensuring that their cattle comply with all legal and health requirements. Sellers agree to handle all transactions and communication with buyers directly once an auction is completed. Sellers are also responsible for paying the 5% success fee on completed sales.

5. Buyer Responsibilities
By placing a bid on any item, you agree to purchase the item if your bid is successful. Buyers must complete payment in a timely manner and abide by all terms of sale. Any fraudulent activity will result in the suspension of your account.

6. Fees
HighlandCowAuction charges a seller subscription fee for access to our platform. In addition, a 5% success fee is charged to sellers on the final sale price of their auction item. There are no hidden charges or listing fees.

7. Payment
Payments for auctioned cattle must be made using secure payment methods provided on the platform. Buyers are required to finalize payment promptly after winning an auction. Transactions are handled directly through our secure system to protect both parties.

8. Privacy and Security
We value your privacy. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for information on how we collect, use, and protect your personal data.

9. Limitation of Liability
HighlandCowAuction is not responsible for any disputes between buyers and sellers, nor are we responsible for the condition, care, or treatment of cattle listed on our platform. We are not liable for any damages resulting from the use of the platform or from any auction transactions.

10. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to engage in any unlawful activities, including but not limited to fraudulent transactions, manipulation of auction results, or the listing of prohibited or misrepresented items.

11. Termination of Account
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion for violations of these Terms and Conditions, including fraud, abuse, or any other conduct that disrupts the integrity of our platform.

12. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of the jurisdiction where our business is registered.
